My quick and easy guacamole recipe, High in Omega-6. Often avoided because avocado’s are high in fats but the fats are at least beneficial. Eat it in moderation, if you can because it’s so delicious
- 4 small avocados, peeled and mashed
- 1 can of Original Rotel, liquid removed
- 1 small red onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- juice from one lime
