Personal training consists of one on one coaching from a Robert Custer, certified personal fitness trainer… Robert teaches you, motivates you, and gets you to work hard consistently while following a detailed fitness and nutrition plan which he develops for you based on you and your goals.

Personal training is the most effective and quickest method of achieving your health, fitness, and/or weight loss goals as it utilizes the most effective exercise and nutrition strategies while at the same time it keeps you continuously making progress.

Your Sessions do not expire and nor do they have to be used within the 6, 8 or 12 week time-frames listed above. Unexpected events come up every day in our lives and we understand. Time-frames are for suggested during consultation. You are buying the actual number of sessions above and not the time frame. You have 1 year to use the purchased sessions. You may transfer the sessions to a friend or loved one should something arise and you not be able to finish your package. You may also opt for a refund of the un-used sessions should something come up.
